Initially, development of your requirements is conducted in a very broad sense.  We listen carefully and ask many questions.  This may take one or several calls or meetings but we have to know if the project is an ant or an elephant.  Ultimately we provide a written proposal based on your specific requirements.  Without complete understanding and agreement to the project scope, the proposed price could easily be misstated and inappropriate resources could be designated. All parties would be disappointed.

We utilize "Iteration-based Programming" that allows the client to see their work in progress.  We send completed phases of development to you for testing and evaluation so that changes can be made if necessary. There usually always are.  This practice keeps the project fresh so that the end product does not require a major overhaul. 

Our rate averages between $40 to $60 per man hour.  This is very aggressive pricing compared to the development houses that charge over $120.00 per hour.  The final cost of a project, however, is always  dependent on the complexity of the application and the type of system configuration needed.  Our average implementation is 90 days and we can design and develop most applications through conference calls and web meetings.
