Once you purchase a Quickwork product we can connect directly to your PC for training or support within a minute. Quick Support is provided for registered users via email, phone, and web conferencing.
Level 1: Email is generally sufficient to answer general questions and to obtain information regarding minor problems. Email is generally answered the same day but is guaranteed within 24 hours.
Level 2: Phone support is generally available from 8:30am - 5:30 PM CST. Phone support is only offered after an attempt has been made to satisfy your support problem via email. We will work on technical problems only by phone.
Level 3: Quick Support. Uplynx is the industry's only live remote support company. Uplynx has dedicated resources to review and correct your problems using a web connection to your PC. This allows us to view your computer remotely to see what you are seeing. This can only be conducted for the Desktop application as no method is available to view your PDA screen live. Level 3 support is critical support and is elevated only at the customer's request. Web conferencing support is charged at $45.00 per incident and your credit card is not charged until the issue has been resolved. Frankly though, if it's an easy problem to correct we'll do it at no charge.
Restrictions to web support: The most effective web connectivity is through broadband such as Cable or DSL. Satellite falls slightly below in performance and the use of a dial up modem is least effective. We can connect to your PC using any of the three but please keep in mind how slow certain connections can be.
Additionally, your PC MUST be loaded with Internet Explorer, Netscape or Firefox. Our technology will not work with any other browser.
The Uplynx Quick Meeting support link is http://uplynx.imconferencing.com. Purchasers of Quickwork are given the capability of connecting to the Virtual Support Center at any time. Users will always be able to see when support personnel are on line and can be connected directly PC to PC in under a minute. This offering is exclusive to Uplynx so we can provide a higher level of support than any other company in the industry.
