Uplynx offers their customers Quick Meeting for training and refreshers.  Quick Meeting allows our customers to talk to the trainer and work with the application on their own PC. We will train you how to use Quickwork for free and we don't restrict training to just a one-time opportunity.  We'll schedule time with you any time you have a question about how to better operate your software.  We don't charge for this because we feel your investment with us is important and reading a manual is just not for everyone.

In the future training classes for multiple customers will be offered by Quickwork.  If the published training topic interests you, you will be able to watch a live training presentation for both the desktop and the Palm device.  You will also be able to participate in the conference call that is held simultaneously so that everyone attending can share in the experience.   Seats will be limited and training for one hour will be $9.95.  These sessions will be announced in advance and offered to registered users only.

Connection speeds vary across the US.  We cannot guarantee high quality connectivity unless you are using DSL or Cable.  We can attempt connecting to a dial up connection but please understand that it is not always possible.  Additionally, your PC MUST be connected to the internet with Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Firefox. 

Uplynx is the only developer that offers on line support and training for their customers.  Some of us just learn a lot better when you see it rather than read it.
